Responsibilities

• Execute full cocktail program in hotel bar setting
• Serve hotel guests and walk-in clientele in CDMX's most prestigious neighborhoods
• Present cocktail menu with knowledge and confidence
• Manage bar operations during business and leisure peaks
• Handle international hotel guests in English

Requirements

• 3–4 years bartending experience
• Classic and contemporary cocktail knowledge
• English proficiency — hotel bars receive substantial international business travel
• Professional appearance and composed manner
