Bartender — Cocktail Bar or Rooftop Bar

Responsibilities

• Execute cocktail program in Romantic Zone or rooftop bar
• Serve creative cocktails using Mexican spirits and local ingredients — tropical fruits, local herbs
• Engage with international and LGBTQ+ community guests who form much of Zona Romántica's clientele
• Create an inclusive, welcoming bar atmosphere
• Develop seasonal cocktail specials

Requirements

• 2–4 years bartending with cocktail focus
• Creative cocktail ability with Mexican spirits
• Inclusive, warm personality
• English
