Responsibilities

• Execute cocktail program in San Miguel boutique hotel bar
• Create Guanajuato-inspired cocktails — cajeta-washed spirits, strawberry cocktails with Irapuato strawberries, Valle de Querétaro wine cocktails
• Serve primarily English-speaking expat and tourist clientele
• Execute wedding bar service for destination wedding events
• Manage rooftop bar during sunset service — La Parroquia view sunset service is a key business period

Requirements

• 2–4 years bartending experience
• Mexican spirits knowledge — tequila, mezcal
• Strong English — non-negotiable in San Miguel
• Professional, polished manner for upscale environment
