Responsibilities

• Restock bar with organic juices, spirits, and garnishes
• Prepare natural cocktail ingredients — fresh-pressed juices, herb syrups, activated charcoal
• Wash glassware and maintain bar organization in outdoor environment
• Support bartenders during service peaks
• Learn organic cocktail craft with goal of advancing to bartender

Requirements

• No experience required — genuine interest in organic and wellness bar culture
• Physical pace
