Bartender — Eco-Bar or Jungle Bar

Responsibilities

• Execute organic and wellness cocktail program using natural ingredients
• Create cocktails with organic spirits, natural sweeteners, fresh tropical juices, adaptogens
• Educate guests on cocktail ingredients — guests in Tulum ask detailed questions about what is in their drink
• Execute mezcal service program — mezcal is Tulum's primary cocktail spirit
• Develop seasonal cocktail menu using locally sourced ingredients
• Manage bar in open-air or jungle environment

Requirements

• 3–5 years bartending with organic or wellness cocktail interest
• Mezcal knowledge — essential in Tulum
• Strong English — Tulum's clientele is predominantly international
• Creative approach to natural ingredient cocktails
