Responsibilities

• Operate hotel café coffee bar serving resort guests
• Execute high-volume espresso service during breakfast rush
• Prepare full range of coffee and non-coffee beverages — teas, hot chocolate, cold drinks
• Maintain high-speed service pace during peak hotel breakfast hours
• Engage guests with warmth — hotel café is often a guest's first morning interaction
• Manage café stock and equipment cleaning

Requirements

• 1–3 years barista experience
• Speed and consistency — hotel breakfast rush requires high-volume efficiency
• Guest-focused warmth — the morning barista sets the tone for a guest's day
• English for international hotel guests
