Responsibilities

• Operate professional espresso equipment to specialty coffee standard
• Prepare full espresso menu and filter coffee options — pour-over, Chemex, AeroPress
• Execute latte art for café table service
• Engage GDL's coffee-literate local clientele with origin and processing knowledge
• Maintain café station and equipment
• Support café community events — cuppings, brewing workshops

Requirements

• 2–3 years specialty barista experience
• Espresso technique and milk texturing
• Coffee origin knowledge — Jalisco, Nayarit, and national Mexican producers
• Social, community-minded personality — GDL's café culture is relationship-driven
