Responsibilities

• Execute specialty coffee service in San José del Cabo's artisan café scene
• Prepare espresso drinks and filter coffee using single-origin Mexican beans
• Engage local and international clientele with coffee knowledge
• Maintain café as a community space for San José's artistic and expat community
• Support light food menu alongside coffee

Requirements

• 1–3 years barista experience with specialty coffee interest
• Coffee origin knowledge — Veracruz, Chiapas, Oaxaca producers
• Warm, community-focused personality
• English
