Responsibilities

• Operate espresso machine and grinder with specialty coffee technique
• Prepare espresso drinks, pour-over, and cold brew
• Execute latte art for seated café service
• Engage with Puerto Vallarta's coffee-literate expat and tourist community
• Maintain café cleanliness and coffee station standards
• Serve light food menu alongside coffee

Requirements

• 1–3 years barista experience
• Espresso technique and milk texturing
• Friendly, warm café personality
• English — essential in Zona Romántica's international café environment
