Responsibilities

• Operate specialty espresso equipment in San Miguel café
• Prepare full specialty coffee menu — espresso, flat white, pour-over
• Execute latte art for table service
• Engage American and international expat clientele who arrive with strong café expectations
• Incorporate Guanajuato and Querétaro local ingredients — Valle de Querétaro vanilla in lattes, local honey
• Manage morning rush for San Miguel's active café breakfast culture

Requirements

• 2–3 years specialty barista experience
• Espresso and milk technique
• Strong English — non-negotiable in San Miguel's expat café market
• Professional, warm café personality
