Beach Club Host / Reception Host

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests arriving at luxury beach club or resort reception
• Manage premium daybed and cabana reservations
• Upsell VIP beach packages with confidence and knowledge
• Coordinate guest placement with beach service team
• Handle special arrival setups — champagne, flower arrangements, birthday setups
• Maintain luxury first-impression standard throughout shift

Requirements

• 2–3 years hospitality experience
• Excellent English
• Professional, polished appearance for luxury environment
• Upselling confidence — cabana upgrades are a meaningful revenue contribution
• Warmth balanced with luxury discretion
