Restaurant Host / Hostess

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at restaurant entrance to luxury resort standard
• Manage reservation system for fine dining restaurant
• Seat guests with awareness of preferences — returning guests, VIP profiles, special occasions
• Coordinate with floor manager and captain on table availability and service flow
• Handle celebrity and high-net-worth guest arrivals with appropriate discretion
• Manage wait and any guest concerns with composure and grace

Requirements

• 2–3 years hospitality experience
• Excellent English — mandatory
• Polished, elegant appearance and manner — Los Cabos luxury standard
• Composure with high-profile guests
• Discretion — Los Cabos regularly receives guests who value privacy
