Responsibilities
- Manage entire front-of-house flow and guest experience
- Build long-term guest relationships — returning guests at Polanco fine dining often book months ahead
- Oversee reservations, special occasions, and VIP management
- Lead host team and coordinate with floor service
- Handle complaints and exceptional requests with authority and composure
- Represent the restaurant to press, food critics, and industry guests
Requirements
- 4–6 years front-of-house experience with leadership
- Excellent Spanish and English; additional language a strong advantage
- Deep composure and discretion — Polanco fine dining clientele includes public figures
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest relationships
