Restaurant Host / Hostess

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at restaurant entrance
• Manage reservation system and walk-in flow
• Seat guests with awareness of section balance and special occasions
• Handle CDMX's food-sophisticated local clientele as well as international tourists
• Coordinate with floor team on VIP arrivals and special requests
• Manage waits gracefully during busy Friday and Saturday service

Requirements

• 1–3 years hospitality experience
• Professional, warm appearance and manner
• Spanish and English — CDMX's restaurant clientele is increasingly bilingual
• Organized under pressure — busy Roma restaurant weekends are genuinely demanding
