Restaurant Host / Hostess

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at restaurant entrance — primarily international tourists
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Seat guests and manage dining room flow
• Communicate in English — and any additional European language is a significant advantage
• Handle multilingual guest interactions with confidence and warmth
• Coordinate with service team on table availability and VIP guest handling

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality experience
• Fluent English — non-negotiable in Playa
• Second European language (French, Italian, German) is a strong advantage
• Professional, welcoming appearance
• Organized and composed during busy 5th Avenue service
