Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at restaurant entrance with genuine warmth
• Manage reservations and walk-in flow
• Seat guests efficiently while managing section balance
• Handle the Romantic Zone's diverse international and LGBTQ+ community clientele with inclusive warmth
• Coordinate with service team on table availability
• Manage outdoor terrace seating — weather, noise, and ambiance considerations

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality experience
• English — essential for Puerto Vallarta's international guests
• Warm, inclusive personality genuinely aligned with Zona Romántica's character
• Professional appearance
• Comfort with diverse international clientele
