Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at Tulum beach club entrance
• Manage premium daybed and cabana reservations
• Handle high-profile guest arrivals with composure — Tulum's beach clubs regularly receive international celebrities and public figures
• Upsell premium cabana experiences and VIP packages
• Coordinate with beach service team on guest placement
• Maintain Tulum's specific aesthetic — relaxed luxury, wellness-forward, visually intentional

Requirements

• 2–3 years hospitality experience
• Excellent English
• Composure with high-profile guests
• Aesthetic awareness — Tulum's visual identity is highly intentional and the host is part of it
• Upselling confidence for premium beach packages
