Waiter / Server — A-La-Carte Resort Restaurant

Responsibilities

• Provide full table service in resort a-la-carte restaurant
• Present menu, make recommendations, take orders, serve courses
• Coordinate with kitchen on timing, allergies, and special requests
• Maintain table cleanliness and presentation throughout service
• Upsell premium drinks, wine pairings, and desserts
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism

Requirements

• 1–3 years restaurant service experience
• Conversational English — North American guests are the majority
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairing basics
