Responsibilities

• Full table service in upscale Guadalajara restaurant
• Present menu with knowledge of Jaliscan ingredients and preparations
• Manage multiple tables during busy weekend service
• Upsell premium tequila and mezcal selections — Jalisco's spirits culture
• Handle both Mexican and international guests

Requirements

• 1–3 years service experience
• Professional presentation
• Tequila and Jaliscan cuisine knowledge helpful
