Responsibilities

• Lead service section in Los Cabos fine dining restaurant
• Manage 2–4 servers across section
• Deliver complete guest experience from welcome to farewell
• Present menu with authority — ingredient sourcing, preparation, pairing
• Handle VIP arrivals, celebrity guests, and high-net-worth clientele common in Los Cabos
• Resolve any service issues with composure and discretion

Requirements

• 4–6 years restaurant service with section leadership
• Excellent English
• Deep food and beverage knowledge
• Polished, confident manner with high-net-worth guests
