Waiter / Server — Fine Dining

Responsibilities

• Deliver full fine dining table service — amuse-bouche through dessert
• Present tasting menu and à la carte options with detailed dish knowledge
• Coordinate multi-course timing with kitchen
• Manage dietary restrictions, allergen communication, and special requests
• Maintain formal service standards throughout service
• Handle international guests confidently

Requirements

• 2–4 years restaurant service experience
• English proficiency — Polanco fine dining receives substantial international clientele
• Menu knowledge discipline — tasting menu service requires memorizing detailed descriptions
• Formal service training preferred
