Responsibilities

• Lead service section and manage junior servers
• Welcome guests and set the tone for the experience
• Present menu and lead recommendations
• Handle international VIP guests and special occasion tables
• Coordinate with kitchen on timing and special requests

Requirements

• 3–5 years service experience
• Strong English; additional language a significant advantage
• Menu knowledge and beverage knowledge
• Professional, confident manner
