Captain / Head Waiter

Responsibilities

• Lead service for restaurant section — manage junior servers
• Welcome guests and lead menu presentation
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar on section timing
• Handle VIP and special occasion tables
• Resolve guest issues with composure
• Support and train junior service team

Requirements

• 3–5 years service experience with team leadership
• Strong English
• Deep menu and beverage knowledge
• Professional appearance and confidence
