Responsibilities

• Full table service in San Miguel boutique restaurant
• Present contemporary Mexican menu with Guanajuato ingredient knowledge
• Handle primarily English-speaking clientele — American and Canadian expats and tourists
• Navigate colonial dining environment — rooftop terraces, courtyard tables
• Recommend local wines from Valle de Querétaro and tequila from Jalisco
• Support destination wedding rehearsal dinners and special event meals

Requirements

• 2–3 years service experience
• Strong English — non-negotiable in San Miguel's upscale restaurant market
• Professional and polished manner
• Local food and beverage knowledge — Valle de Querétaro wine, Guanajuato produce
