Waiter / Server — Wedding and Events

Responsibilities

• Serve destination wedding meals and special event dinners
• Deliver formal multi-course service at hacienda and venue events
• Handle international guests during the most important event of their lives
• Coordinate with event coordinator and kitchen on course timing
• Maintain formal service standards throughout long wedding reception service

Requirements

• 2–3 years service experience with event or banquet background
• English — San Miguel wedding guests are majority American and Canadian
• Formal service ability
• Physical stamina for long wedding service shifts
