Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive table service in Tulum's distinctive open-air restaurant environment
• Present organic and wellness menu with genuine knowledge of ingredients and sourcing
• Navigate outdoor dining environment — candlelit jungle paths, beach tables, open-air terraces
• Communicate menu philosophy to internationally curious guests
• Handle multilingual clientele — American, European, Latin American guests all common
• Maintain calm, mindful service style aligned with Tulum's wellness atmosphere

Requirements

• 2–3 years service experience
• Fluent English — Tulum's guests are majority international
• Genuine interest in organic food and wellness — guests in Tulum ask detailed questions about sourcing
• Composed, warm manner that fits Tulum's intentional atmosphere
