Room Service Waiter / IRD Server

Responsibilities

• Take in-room dining orders by phone and coordinate with kitchen on preparation
• Set up and deliver room service trays and trolleys to guest rooms
• Present order to guest professionally and confirm satisfaction
• Retrieve empty trays and trolleys from rooms and corridors
• Handle VIP amenity deliveries — champagne, fruit baskets, birthday cakes
• Coordinate with front desk on special arrival setups
• Operate across all shifts including overnight

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality service experience
• Discreet, professional manner — room service requires respect for guest privacy
• English for guest room interaction
• Physical stamina for walking large resort properties with loaded trolleys
• Reliability across rotating shifts
