IRD Order Taker / In-Room Dining Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Take in-room dining orders from Los Cabos resort guests by phone and app
• Handle VIP preference management — repeat guest preferences, dietary restrictions, suite-specific setups
• Coordinate with kitchen, butler, and delivery team on order management
• Manage special amenity requests — champagne on arrival, birthday setups, honeymoon presentations
• Maintain composure and luxury telephone manner throughout all calls

Requirements

• 1–3 years hospitality coordination experience
• Excellent English — mandatory in Los Cabos
• Professional, warm telephone voice
• Detail-oriented — VIP preference management requires accuracy
• Familiarity with hotel POS and guest management systems helpful
