Room Service Waiter / IRD Server

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-room dining to guest rooms and private villas to luxury standard
• Set up full in-room dining presentation — proper linen, silverware, glass service
• Present order to guests with confidence and warmth
• Handle villa service — some Los Cabos properties have private pool villas with separate kitchen support
• Coordinate with butler team and front office on VIP arrivals and amenity setups
• Retrieve service equipment discreetly from rooms and corridors

Requirements

• 2–3 years hospitality service experience
• Luxury service instincts — IRD in Los Cabos serves high-net-worth guests with high expectations
• Excellent English
• Discreet, professional, and warm manner
• Physical fitness for carrying loaded trolleys across resort property in Baja heat
