Responsibilities

• Deliver in-room dining to hotel guest rooms and suites
• Execute full tray and trolley setup to five-star hotel standard
• Present order with composure and professionalism — CDMX business hotel guests expect efficiency
• Handle suite service including setting up dining table for in-room business meals
• Coordinate late-night service for international guests in different time zones
• Manage amenity deliveries — VIP arrivals, corporate client setups

Requirements

• 2–3 years hotel service experience
• English essential — business hotel guests are frequently international
• Professional, discreet manner
• Speed and accuracy — business hotel IRD guests often order under time pressure
