Responsibilities

• Answer IRD phone line and take guest orders
• Coordinate orders with kitchen and delivery staff
• Handle dietary requests and modifications
• Manage special amenity coordination
• Support front desk communication on guest special requests

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality experience
• English — essential
• Clear telephone manner
• Organized and detail-oriented
