Room Service Waiter / IRD Server

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-room dining orders to hotel guest rooms
• Set up in-room service presentation — tray, linen, condiments, proper service ware
• Present order to guest and confirm satisfaction
• Handle special amenity requests — anniversary setups, birthday deliveries
• Retrieve service equipment from rooms after service
• Coordinate with kitchen and front desk on order timing

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality service experience
• English — Playa's international guest base requires comfortable English communication
• Warm, professional manner in private guest space
• Reliability across morning, evening, and overnight shifts
