Room Service Order Taker

Responsibilities

• Answer IRD phone and take guest orders
• Enter orders into POS and coordinate with kitchen and delivery team
• Communicate delivery times accurately
• Handle dietary modifications and special requests
• Coordinate VIP amenity setups with front office

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality or customer service experience
• English — essential
• Professional telephone manner
• Organized and accurate order management
