Room Service Waiter / IRD Server

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-room dining across resort property
• Set up tray or trolley to resort standard — proper presentation before knocking
• Present order professionally and confirm guest satisfaction
• Handle terrace setups — Puerto Vallarta guests frequently request delivery to ocean-view terraces and balconies
• Retrieve service equipment from rooms and corridors
• Coordinate with kitchen on order timing and special requests

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality service experience
• English for North American resort guests
• Physical fitness for property navigation in Vallarta heat
• Warm, professional room-entry manner
