In-Room Dining Server / Villa Service Attendant

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-room and in-villa organic dining to eco-hotel guests
• Navigate Tulum's outdoor and jungle hotel environments — candlelit paths, multi-structure properties
• Set up in-room dining to eco-luxury standard — natural materials, organic presentation
• Present organic menu items with ingredient knowledge — guests in Tulum frequently ask about sourcing
• Handle villa setup for special occasions — sunset dining setups, romantic candlelit table setups
• Coordinate with organic kitchen on order timing and special dietary needs

Requirements

• 1–3 years hospitality service
• Genuine organic food knowledge and wellness alignment — Tulum IRD guests ask detailed food questions
• English — mandatory in Tulum's international guest environment
• Physical grace navigating outdoor jungle property at night with service equipment
• Warm, unhurried manner aligned with Tulum's intentional atmosphere

Work environment

Eco-boutique hotel in Tulum's jungle zone. Delivering room service in Tulum means walking candlelit jungle paths at night to deliver organic meals to cabanas and villas — one of the most distinctive IRD environments in the world.

About the role

Dinner delivered through the jungle at night. A Tulum eco-villa at 8 PM — the path lit by lanterns, the cicadas and frogs audible, the stars visible through the jungle canopy — and a server arriving at the villa door with a tray of organic food, barefoot on the wooden deck, setting up a table for two with the jungle breathing around them. This is room service unlike anywhere else in Mexico.
