Room Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-room dining requests for eco-hotel guests
• Communicate organic menu options and ingredient sourcing information
• Manage dietary requirements and allergies with organic kitchen
• Coordinate villa setup requests — sunset dining, private dinner setups
• Liaise with kitchen on organic ingredient availability for modifications

Requirements

• 1–2 years hotel coordination experience
• Genuine organic food knowledge
• Excellent English
• Warm, attentive communication style
