Work environment
Teaching golf professional at a Los Cabos luxury resort golf academy. Instruction delivery to international resort guests and members using premium practice facilities in one of Latin America's top golf destinations.
About the role
The Los Cabos teaching pro who takes a 65-year-old CEO from New York through a 90-minute individual lesson — who in the first 20 minutes identifies the specific release pattern causing the snap hook that's been ruining this person's enjoyment for three years — who demonstrates the fix, builds it into a drill, and watches the guest hit 15 consecutive fairways with it — has just created the kind of transformative guest experience that gets photographed (the ball flight, not the lesson), gets mentioned in the trip report to the board, and gets the pro's lesson card taken home to the US where three more guests are referred. The lesson product at this level is worth more than the green fee.
