Work environment
Caddie and bag room attendant at an internationally ranked Riviera Maya golf resort. Premium caddie service for destination golf clientele on one of Latin America's most recognized golf corridors.
About the role
The Playa caddie who walks 18 holes with a group of four American golfers on a dedicated golf trip — who on hole 12 reads the left-to-right break on the downhill approach correctly, saves the guest a bogey, and hears about it for the remaining 6 holes — has just created the moment that generates the 5-star review and the $60 tip. The course knowledge that produces that read is built loop by loop over a season or two. The investment is not abstract.
