Golf Caddie & Bag Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Provide caddie service on the Marina Vallarta or Nuevo Vallarta golf course: carry or assist with cart, provide course knowledge for club selection, read greens, and manage the guest's complete on-course experience
• Assist in the bag room: club cleaning, bag storage, cart assignment, and equipment rental management between caddie rounds
• Provide Spanish-English bilingual guest service: the PVR golf market includes both North American and Mexican guests; bilingual service at a genuine conversational level is important
• Coordinate whale watching season references: December–March whale watching in Banderas Bay is a PVR signature experience — the caddie who mentions the whale watching tour to the guest on the back nine creates a natural cross-sell opportunity for the resort
• Support group and tournament operations: Marina Vallarta hosts corporate golf events through the year — the caddie team assists with tournament setup, scoring, and logistics
• Develop course-specific knowledge: Marina Vallarta's water hazards, the prevailing afternoon breeze off Banderas Bay, and the specific green tendencies on each hole are the local knowledge product that makes the caddie genuinely useful

Requirements

• Golf knowledge and caddie experience; PVR or Banderas Bay course familiarity preferred
• English and Spanish bilingual
• Physical fitness for 18-hole bag work in PVR's subtropical climate
• Warm, welcoming personality suitable for the PVR resort hospitality culture
• Golf course etiquette knowledge
