Junior Butler — Resort Preferred Club

Responsibilities

• Provide butler service to guests in the resort's preferred club or butler suite tier: manage check-in within the suite, pre-arrival minibar and amenity setup, and ongoing service coordination during the stay
• Execute the butler tier's service inclusions: private lounge access coordination, dedicated check-in and check-out in the suite, daily turndown with personalized elements, and priority response to all guest requests
• Coordinate with the concierge, in-room dining, housekeeping, and activity teams on behalf of assigned guests: the butler's value is in removing friction — the guest communicates one request to the butler, and the butler coordinates all internal execution
• Learn the Los Cabos experience portfolio: knowledge of the Sea of Cortez marine experiences, golf course options and quality hierarchy, restaurant recommendations with honest quality assessments, and the activity providers the property genuinely endorses versus those merely on a referral list
• Assist the senior butler team during complex VIP arrivals and high-profile events at the resort
• Manage the butler pantry inventory and amenity budget for the assigned suite cluster

Requirements

• Hotel service experience with butler training or formal butler program completion
• English fluency
• Professional composure appropriate for the Los Cabos ultra-luxury guest context
• Activity and local knowledge development within the first 90 days of the role
• Genuine service instinct and the patience to deliver luxury service consistently across an entire shift
