Spa & Wellness Villa Butler

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated butler for a Los Cabos luxury wellness resort's villa guests: the wellness resort context adds a specific dimension to butler service — the guest is pursuing a defined wellness intention (stress relief, detox, post-surgery recovery, weight management, sleep optimization) and the butler supports this intention through every service touch
• Coordinate the guest's spa and wellness program schedule: 5:30am sunrise yoga, morning sound bowl meditation, afternoon lymphatic massage, evening Ayurvedic consultation — the butler manages the schedule, reminds the guest, and prepares the villa environment appropriately for each program element
• Manage therapeutic nutrition coordination with the resort's wellness kitchen: many wellness resort guests are on specific programs — juice cleanse, Ayurvedic diet, plant-based protocol — the butler communicates with the kitchen and ensures every meal and snack is accurate to the guest's program
• Manage the desert environment's impact on the villa presentation: Los Cabos dust and wind require consistent villa cleaning attention — the butler coordinates with housekeeping to maintain the villa to a dust-free, visually serene standard consistent with the wellness experience
• Handle the guest's communication requirements: many wellness resort guests request communication restrictions (limited phone calls, no news, digital detox) — the butler manages the property's communication with the guest in a way that protects the guest's program environment
• Create the returning guest profile: a wellness resort guest who achieves results returns annually; the butler's guest profile documentation is the asset that makes the second stay even better than the first

Requirements

• Butler or villa host experience at a luxury wellness or spa resort
• Wellness and spa programming knowledge — familiarity with Ayurveda, yoga traditions, sound healing, and Western spa modalities allows the butler to communicate intelligently with wellness-seeking guests
• English fluency; European language preferred
• Mindful and calm professional presence appropriate for a wellness environment
• Discretion for guests who are in personal recovery or health journeys
