Beachfront Villa Host — Ultra-Luxury Property

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated villa hosting service for the property's beachfront villas at one of Tulum's highest-rated boutique properties: the ultra-luxury Tulum guest is paying USD 1,500–3,000/night and comes with expectations for a completely personalized, seamless, and memorable Caribbean luxury experience
• Execute daily villa setup to ultra-luxury standard: botanical flower arrangements from the property's garden, personal notes written with specific guest references, beach area preparation (umbrella, loungers, personalized water and towel setup) before the guest arrives at the beach each morning
• Manage the private dining setup on the villa's beach terrace: one of the most coveted Tulum luxury experiences is a private dinner on a beachfront terrace with the Caribbean visible and audible — the villa host stages and coordinates this experience with the culinary team
• Curate access to Tulum's exclusive and hard-to-access experiences: the ultra-luxury Tulum guest wants access to experiences not available to the general public — private cenote access before opening hours, exclusive mezcal tastings with the producer, private boat access to offshore reefs — the villa host's local network and property relationships enable this
• Manage all guest communication as the single point of contact for all requests: the ultra-luxury guest should never need to call the front desk or speak to anyone other than their villa host for any request
• Apply SEMARNAT ecological protocols in service delivery while maintaining the seamlessness of ultra-luxury: the ecological context is part of the product, not a constraint on it — the villa host communicates the property's commitments as a positive feature of the experience

Requirements

• Luxury or ultra-luxury butler or villa host experience
• English fluency; European language strongly preferred
• Extensive Tulum local knowledge and supplier/experience network
• Absolute discretion and composure with high-net-worth international guests
• Professional butler training preferred
