Concierge & Guest Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated concierge specialist for a Los Cabos boutique luxury property: the smaller property allows for a genuinely personal concierge relationship — the specialist knows each guest's preferences and manages their complete experience portfolio
• Provide expert-level Los Cabos sport fishing concierge service: the Los Cabos fishing charter market is the property's most valuable concierge product — vessel selection, captain reputation, target species by month, full-day versus half-day recommendation, and the morning radio report culture that determines where the fleet goes each day are knowledge sets the specialist develops and maintains
• Coordinate the golf portfolio: honest recommendations across the Los Cabos course hierarchy, preferred caddie assignments, tee time availability negotiation during peak season, and the specific course rotation that the serious golfer in a 5-night stay should follow
• Manage the whale watching season product December–March: gray whale from Magdalena Bay versus humpback in the Sea of Cortez — the differences, the timing, and which vessel operation provides the best experience in each location
• Handle the property's private dining and special occasion portfolio: the private chef dinner with Sea of Cortez seafood, the cliffside dinner setup at the private terrace, the yacht dinner charter with sunset in the Pacific mouth of the Sea of Cortez
• Build and maintain relationships with the Los Cabos luxury experience provider community: fishing captains, golf course directors of golf, helicopter operators, yacht charter companies, and the restaurant community that the concierge endorses by name

Requirements

• Concierge experience at a luxury property; Los Cabos experience highly preferred
• English fluency; additional language preferred
• Extensive Los Cabos fishing, golf, marine, and culinary knowledge — specific and deep, not generic
• Relationship management across the Los Cabos luxury experience provider community
• Professional composure for the Los Cabos ultra-high-net-worth guest profile
