Guest Services & ButlerCultural Concierge & Guest Experience Specialist
Boutique luxury hotel, Roma-Condesa or Polanco, CDMX
Mexico City
Fixed monthly + transport subsidy + concierge gratuity
Responsibilities
- Serve as cultural concierge and guest experience specialist at a CDMX boutique luxury hotel: the Roma-Condesa and Polanco boutique hotel market attracts culturally motivated international travelers who are in Mexico City specifically for its arts, culinary, architectural, and cultural scene — the concierge's product is the depth of their city knowledge
- Curate the CDMX culinary scene with genuine insider knowledge: the Pujol tasting menu reservation process (booked months in advance, with a waitlist management protocol for last-minute availability), the Contramar weekday versus weekend service difference, the specific taco routes in Centro that distinguish serious tacos from tourist-zone approximations — the CDMX cultural concierge's restaurant knowledge is detailed, opinionated, and honest
- Coordinate museum and cultural access with expert-level knowledge: Frida Kahlo Museum entry management (sold out months in advance — the concierge manages the waiting list and often has access through the hotel's cultural partner relationships), Soumaya Museum for its Rodin collection context, the National Palace murals Diego Rivera tour with a specific guide who brings the political history to life
- Manage the CDMX arts community access: many CDMX boutique hotels have relationships with the gallery community in Colonia Roma and Condesa — the cultural concierge facilitates access to gallery openings, artist studio visits, and cultural events that the general public cannot easily access
- Handle the corporate retreat and group cultural programming that CDMX boutique hotels serve: companies bringing international executives to CDMX often want cultural programming alongside their business agenda — the concierge designs and coordinates these programs
- Maintain relationships with the CDMX cultural, culinary, and arts community that provides the concierge's access advantage

- Roma-Condesa and Polanco cultural scene navigation
Benefits
- IMSS, aguinaldo, paid vacation + premium

Work environment
Cultural concierge at a CDMX boutique luxury hotel in Roma-Condesa or Polanco. Deep-city cultural, culinary, and arts curation for international guests seeking genuine immersion in Latin America's most culturally complex capital.
About the role
The CDMX cultural concierge who secures a same-week Frida Kahlo Museum slot for a guest through the hotel's cultural partner relationship — who pairs it with a specific guide who contextualizes Kahlo's work within the Mexican muralist movement, the post-revolutionary political history, and Diego Rivera's role in the couple's professional life — who follows it with a dinner reservation at a Coyoacán neighborhood restaurant that the guide happens to know — has constructed an afternoon in Mexico City that the guest will describe as the best day of their entire trip. The concierge's knowledge is the connective tissue. The city's richness is the material.
