Guest Experience Coordinator — Wellness & Cultural Programming

Responsibilities

• Serve as the guest-facing coordinator for a Tulum boutique property's complete wellness and cultural programming: manage the guest's engagement with the property's yoga schedule, meditation sessions, temazcal ceremonies, sound healing, and any structured program elements during their stay
• Build personalized experience programs per the guest's stated intentions: many Tulum guests arrive with a specific intention (stress relief, creative reconnection, grief processing, physical reset) — the coordinator listens to this intention and builds the stay's programming around it collaboratively with the guest
• Manage cultural programming access: Mayan archaeological context (Tulum ruins are walkable from the hotel zone), traditional ceremony facilitation with genuine cultural respect, and connections to the Tulum artistic community of international and local artists who have settled in the area
• Coordinate gastronomic experience at a Tulum destination restaurant level: Tulum has developed a remarkable culinary scene — the coordinator who knows the chefs personally and can secure a reservation at a full-book property for a guest during high season is providing a premium concierge service
• Handle the social media and digital communication that shapes the Tulum property's brand: the Tulum guest's social media presence is part of the property's marketing — the guest relations coordinator manages relationships with influencer guests and content creators professionally and with the property's brand interests in mind
• Monitor and respond to the property's presence on major travel platforms

Requirements

• Guest experience or wellness hospitality coordination experience
• English fluency; Spanish and European languages
• Personal wellness practice and genuine cultural interest in the Tulum context
• Restaurant and culinary scene knowledge in Tulum
• Social media and influencer guest management competency
