Work environment
Resort bell desk in Cancún Hotel Zone. The bellboy is the first and last hotel contact most guests have — arrival greeting and departure farewell. That position in the guest journey, done well, generates the best tips in the property.
About the role
The face of arrival. A family landing in Cancún after a 4-hour flight with three suitcases and two children is tired, slightly disorganized, and carrying enormous holiday anticipation. The bellboy who greets them with genuine warmth, handles their bags without fuss, walks them to their ocean-view room, and explains where the pool and dinner are — has just delivered the best possible start to their vacation.
