Lobby Porter / Concierge Porter

Responsibilities

• Maintain visible, helpful lobby presence throughout shift
• Assist guests with directions, information, and minor requests
• Handle luggage for guests who do not require full bellboy escort
• Run errands — pharmacy runs, newspaper delivery, gift delivery to rooms
• Support bell desk during peak arrival and departure periods
• Assist with luggage storage and bag tagging

Requirements

• Previous hospitality or service experience preferred
• Physical fitness
• English — basic functional level
• Professional, approachable demeanor
