Responsibilities

• Greet arrivals and handle luggage from vehicle to room
• Escort guests to rooms and conduct hotel orientation
• Handle departure luggage storage and loading
• Assist with in-house luggage moves and requests
• Provide Guadalajara local guidance — Tlaquepaque, historic centro, Chapultepec dining strip
• Support lobby and front desk operations during peak periods

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality or service experience
• Physical fitness
• English — functional level useful in business hotel market
• Warm, professional manner reflecting Guadalajara's hospitable character
