Bellboy / Bell Attendant — Luxury Resort

Responsibilities

• Handle luxury guest arrivals — often from private vehicles or VIP hotel transport
• Escort guests to suites with property orientation — full resort brief
• Process luggage with meticulous care including designer bags and specialty equipment (fishing rods, surfboards, golf bags)
• Handle departure luggage storage and vehicle coordination
• Assist in-house with luggage transfers between villas and suites
• Maintain bell desk readiness for high-expectation guest requests
• Coordinate with concierge and valet on VIP arrival protocols

Requirements

• 2–3 years bell or hospitality service experience
• Impeccable professional presentation
• Excellent English — Los Cabos guests are primarily North American
• Confident, composed manner with high-net-worth guests
• Physical fitness for handling heavy, specialty luggage

About the role

Precision service in paradise. A Los Cabos ultra-luxury guest who arrives with eight pieces of luggage including a rifle case for sport shooting, a camera bag worth more than most cars, and a request to have everything unpacked before dinner — needs a bellboy whose reaction is calm, confident, and competent. Not every bellboy in Mexico is ready for Los Cabos. The ones who are earn accordingly.
