Lobby Porter / Butler Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain premier lobby presence at ultra-luxury property
• Handle guest lobby requests — ice, newspapers, packages, room deliveries
• Support bell and butler teams on in-villa deliveries and errand runs
• Coordinate with concierge on guest request logistics
• Assist with special occasion setups — champagne delivery, flower arrangements, welcome amenities

Requirements

• 1–2 years luxury hospitality experience
• Impeccable presentation and professional manner
• Excellent English
• Genuine service orientation matching luxury property standards
